Clelia is a web-based Hotel Management application. All you need to use our application is an Internet browser and a PDF reader. For your peace of mind, your application will be hosted on our own secure servers which are monitored 24/7. In addition, you will have your own dedicated database on our servers so that if your computer crashes, you will not lose any data.

These are the main functions of Clelia:

Management of clients (individuals, businesses and groups). You decide the type of on-screen information that is specifically needed to suit your business.
Management of rooms. Again, you decide the type of on-screen information that is relevant to your hotel.
Management of schedules and prices.
Management of bookings, allowing you to deal with guests' specific requests.
Management of invoices. The invoice template is created for you. Invoices are generated in PDF and can be sent by email.
Specific rights can be granted to any users.

CONFIGURATION PROCESS
To understand how you work, we ask you to go through our configuration process. You will decide what you want to see on the screen regarding clients and rooms. You will also decide whether you want a single account for your hotel or an account for each person. We will work together on documents produced by Clelia such as invoices and statements. We are a small business but very reactive so we can set up your customized application in less than a week.

COST
The cost per room per month is only a few pounds. The initial setup fee depends on how large/complex the hotel is. No vat will be added if you are vat registered.

At the heart of the application is the planning section allowing you to create bookings, drag and drop existing bookings, process check-in and check-out, generate invoices and so much more. The planning can be displayed in several views: 1 day, 7 days, 10 days...30 days, whole week and whole month. It also comes with filtering facilities and a robust navigation system.
